I went in to get a 30,000 mile service and came out paying more then 600. I wasn't planning on having Mr. Dominguez adding all those extra's. The wait was more then 2 hours and there was no coffee available till 9:30. He didn't go over the specifics with me after it was done. When I came in there was no click coming from my tires and now there is. I guess the hub cap wasn't put on right and my boyfriend had to fix it.

I had asked if they could reattach a console cover and if not to provide a quote for the parts. It seems that this step was completely ignored. Also, the person who drove my car around for pickup did not greet me at all. The drop off/check-in experience is much more pleasant than the pick up experience.
