Received email at 11:00am that was on schedule to be complete by 11:45am. Arrived at 12:30pm and car was not ready. Work did not complete until 1:10pm. I was satisfied with the work performed but you need to fix the text updates because they were grossly misleading. It made me miss a work appt.
