Dear Piercey Toyota Team,
I have been bringing my Prius to Piercey Toyota for the past three years and have always been satisfied with the service that I received. But today, the service went above and beyond and made me quite happy!
There was a big dent on my car's front bumper. I was quoted earlier about 10% of the car's value to replace the bumper. I have never been able to justify to myself spending so much money to fix a cosmetic issue. But every time I saw that dent, I felt very bad. Today, I was walking back to the dealer and saw my car from far away. The dent was not visible so I thought it was due to the distance. At the same time I was wishing that when I got my car back, the dent would have magically gone away! Then when my car was pulled to the pick up area, I could not believe my eyes, the dent was really gone!
Thank you, thank you very much to the "magic" mechanic for pulling that dent out. Thank you Jodi for your politeness and helpfulness as it take multiple phone calls from my side to finalize my service requests.
Finally, thank you to all Piercey Service team; your operation works like a well oiled machine. We needed an EV and had to buy it from the manufacturer 'N'. After being at our local 'N' dealer's service department a couple of times, I came to appreciate Piercey Toyota's service much more.

There was engine light on for a few months in my car . I have been thiking it will be expensive if It will be fixed at toyota dealer. On April 21,2016 I took my Toyota Prius to Piercey Toyota in Milpitas , where It can be trusted . It is pricey but it is worthes because Piercey Toyota made an extra miles to fix my car key sensor . I had an appointment at 1 o'clock I waited until 245 at your place of waiting and when I finally called they told me that we need to reschedule and that they're so backed up that That they would not have time to see my car. I will no longer take my car to Milpitas Toyota just because of it conveniency I will now take the car to the capital Toyota I do appreciate everything you guys of done for me but considering this mishap and the last mishap. Megan or Kelly or whatever her name is the service manager lady was really great but she didn't offer after the whole ordeal to schedule me for another appointment I left feeling like one I wasn't helped into that no one wanted to help me you guys are facilities really great but I'm in the service you provide it just I mean it really sucked today I have anyway and then to tell me only need to reschedule and I'll even give me a time to come in again it's like you don't consider my time and my time is very valuable
