Personnel who answer phone send me to the wrong vm repeatedly even when I ask them to check if the person is in. Personnel who quote me a price on the phone don't write it in the notes on the computer. I was told 2-3 hours time frame it was almost four hours and I got a text telling me it was on track for two hours causing me to come back to the shop almost two hours early. These things are not going to cause me to repeat business there! They caused me hardship sitting at the shop so long hurt my back and the extra two hours caused me a two hour drive home v. The one hour it should have been and again hurting my back further. On site personnel were great but these other things fairly well ruined the experience. Thanks!
