When we came to Piercey Toyota in Milpitas
We came Friday noon we were not accommodated due to
The Seevice Dept is Full .It was Uber /Entwrprise Car my
Husband Drive for the so we loss half day's
Income we were told if we want to come Saturday between
9:00-12:00 no need of appt but I opted to have appt for Monday just in case
I can't be accommodated but when we arrived at Piercy
Toyota the mexican guy who assisted said I shld have an appt
But the Customer Service Representative said I don't need to. The guy said
Okay we will accept it we brought the car 9:02 am He said by
5:00 pm we will get the car but came 5;00 pm
They said they have not found what's wrong with the
car so we waited came 5:00 pm said it will be overnight
So monday at around 9:00 I called the to check what took
Them so long and I found out already done but
They did not notify me right away The Service Dept
Is not so efficient to let customer know that their car
Is done and ready to be pick up.

Mr. Johnson: Service receipt I was provided today was for the wrong car. I brought in my 2013 Prius; not the 2011 Prius. Please fix this as the 2013 (VIN JTDKN3DU9D5580589) is the one with the ToyotaCare Plus coverage. Rep was Brian Woods per my receipt. He was nice. Did not like waiting 30 minutes in the line up before I could get him to help me. Apparently, your reservation system had me down for some other rep. so I was bypassed. I really did not care who helps me and the guy behind me got service first. Please fix this nonsense in your reservation system. Then, my car is sitting over an hour with the blinkers on in the parking lot area and wiper blade up while my battery drains. Mr. Jimenez says this is standard practice and I saw cars in the service bays themselves with blinkers on. Crazy. Is your staff not able to tell which cars need service? What other dealer does this? Good for battery sales and blinker replacements I guess. I doubt I will ever come back to your dealership but I do expect you to fix this problem by Monday. Send me a correct receipt for the 2013 Prius in the mail. Thank you. Bob ****-****-xxxx
