You guys did a great job. Although, I got 7 emails for one appointment. Before after and during . Too many emails, streamline your communications . I'd prefer to not get 7 emails when I get an oil change. One email prompted this " question with feedback" and I have another email asking for feedback.

The location was clean and pleasant. I appreciated the shuttle service. And Dexter was professional and friendly. But I felt like he was trained to sell me on services that I did not completely need for more vehicle - even if they were at a discount. Our original estimate nearly doubled by the time we payed for our 90K service (approx 470 to 874). So unfortunately, I ultimately left with a level of distrust. Not sure if I will return.

My 30000 service was done faster than I thought. I needed to replace a rear shock obsorber but held off I thought the price was too high and was a little disappointed with my truck needing something like that so soon and right after the warranty was over too

Todd Fitzsimmons was very helpful in showing me how to add a new radio station to my fixed choices and informing me about all the procedures of what was going to happen in my "15K service" as well as upcoming service. He was patient, explicit and I understood what he told me. Rave reviews!
Other Todd was also helpful in getting some grease or oil off the inside of my car and showing me how to take the break off. The woman who met me for me appointment was welcoming and informative.

I'm sorry about my feedback. I said no because I am upset thatthe torque and transmission supposed to be replaced according to toyota's policy. I have a commercial use warranty and it got denied because I am driving for UBER and LYFT. I love my car that is why I always have it serviced. I know that toyota's are long term vehicles. my father have a 1984 pick up and still running and in great condition. my plan for the future is to buy more of this brand but if I get warranties and be denied then I'd rather not have toyota anymore. overall satisfaction? completely dissatisfied. thank you for your service. maybe I will try a different dealership.

My service person was not really helpful. Saying that they don't offer pick up service for a recall issue on my car....but then was able to provide it. But when I called for an appointment they said pick up was available. Please inform that worker to tell the proper truth. Luckily the service driver that picked me up was nice man!
