Warranty repair went fine every effort was made to get us in and out on time however for the second time they removed are rubber floor mat from the drivers area and made a big greasy footprint all over air clean format Several months ago when we brought the car in the same thing happened when we had to leave them out overnight because it was absolutely filthy Formats are absolutely perfectly clean and they remove the rubber floor mat we understand why but then didn't put a liner down and the maintenance technician put greasy footprints all over it and you tried to return it to us in that condition unacceptable
