I was very pleased/surprised with how quickly the service on our 2011 Prius was done. Since I didn't make an appointment, I was expecting to be there for at least 2 hours. My son and I were walking around d the new car inventory and before the hour, Chris (service advisor) calls regarding recommended services. Chris was very easy to work with. He wasn't pushy about the recommended services that I wasn't able have done today, but 5-10 minutes the car was done. Very pleased with the service department today

Maybe Friday's service visit was just an off day for the team at Piercey. The new greeter / facilitator who meets you at your vehicle was having a bad morning. After a few sour comments from her, I suggested "we reset this conversation with a fresh start"; she responded saying "Sir, do you know I have 107 people dropping their cars off today. I don't have time". YIKES.
Jas, the service writer couldn't find the vehicle by VIN or by the number I have on file. He seemed very thorough, just rather slow. The service was the 65k, and was quoted at 122 mins. I approached Jas 35 mins after the quoted delivery time, noting my Prius was in the pick up area. He couldn't find the paperwork and blamed the actual service tech. Realistically, I wondered why the car needed the extra time given the service didn't include an oil change; but, I'm not an subject matter expert on Toyota services. I've been using Piercey Toyota since 2009 for service to the 2 Prius we have owned. Until this service experience, things have been top notch.
