All recommended services you have requested today were done recently by other reputable auto shop. That proves how unethical business practices your dealership is conducting. I am very disappointed.

I've been waiting over an hour for the shuttle to take me back home because an oil change with appointment is going to take 3 hours.
The fact that I was waiting over an hour and they had said that they lost my request sheet for the shuttle and had no idea what to do next is ridiculous.
Then they found it on the service advisor's desk and told me it was my job to bring it over to a small counter behind someone's desk for the shuttle drivers, which it most definitely is not my job. It's not my first time being here, I know how the process works.
I had to talk to 3 other people since my service advisor was on lunch just to figure out what the situation was. I did more of the problem solving than they did trying to find a solution for me having waited over an hour for the shuttle.
Worst service of all my time coming here.
On the bright side, Danny my shuttle driver, was very apologetic even though it wasn't his fault and was very entertaining on the drive to my house.
