I paid the brake light plus service upfront for 375. However today after the service the invoice showed that labor plus parts were 95 dollars. Which meant that I was overcharged. Service man Don refused to refund the difference.

I didn't enjoy having the service agent try to sell me service I did not need: an alignment. I made no mention to my vehicle pulling in any direction and the vehicle has less than 8000 miles. Left me questioning if I could trust your dealership to be honest and forthright in the future on my actual needs, or if you'll just take advantage of me to make money off my trust. Due to that interaction, I will not be able to recommend your dealership to others. Dealerships in general, in my experience, already have a reputation for over charging and selling unnecessary services. This experience only reinforced this opinion. I was sad and disappointed. I would really like to find a maintenance facility that I can believe will be honest and respect my limited pocketbook by only selling me what I actually need based off problems I report or that are discovered during routine competently executed maintenance activities.

Mechanics do s good job actually an excellent job! Never had to take my car in twice in the same week due to unreliable service. Also, Sevice Agent Mike Tran has always walk me thru what is work needs to be done. He is very sincere, honest and professional......showing concern for your vehicle.
