I was not informed about my service details despite me waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes. The service was not done as they had to order the parts. I understand that part. But I would appreciate it, if the service manager explained the details to me. I have to come back again to get my car fixed.

I really appreciate the helpful courteous service Walter Yamamoto always provides me. He's very easy to communicate with and has an impressive knowledge of the mechanical workings of cars. He's very articulate about explaining to me what the possible causes of my automotive problems are, that's why I've always tried to schedule my service appointments on the days that Walter is working. It would be nice if I could call ahead with an ETA and have my car up from the valet on arrival or at least get into the valet queue on arrival instead of waiting for all the people ahead of me in line for the cashier to finish before I get into the valet queue.

Miguel called that my car was ready. I thought he told me to pick up the paperwork with him but I could be wrong. I went to his desk when I got there. He wasn't there and other service managers told me I had to go to the Cashiers office. The Cashiers office didn't have the paperwork and couldn't find it or Miguel. I am on a prepaid service plan and after about 20 minutes of waiting they finally printed out a new set of paperwork and I signed and left. They got my car very quickly so that I was on the 880S at 3:00 PM (I got to Piercy at 2:35) and missed rush hour traffic by the skin of my teeth. Miguel did tell me that I only needed an oil change every 10,000 miles I thought it was 5K. I brought it in because it was 5K and there was a requires service light that came on. This is the first time it has ever come on and the first year I had the car I did not bring it in because I only did about 6K-8K miles in the first year of owning the car and the light never came on. I still don't know why it came on. I think someone forgot to reset the switch when I brought it in in December.
