Very busy when I dropped off my car. The shuttle ride to my residence by Daryl was very pleasant. The negative part was when I was told at the service desk no shuttle ride to pick me up so I can retrieve my car. The reason was too busy.

bring car before 8:30 AM with appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Rep said the tires are almost done, no point of rotting them, as a result, tire rotation was declined. And then got my car back at 11:00. 2 1/2 hours for oil change with appointment is not acceptable.
