Noise is still there

The car was done but no one brought the car out. I waited a long time and checked 3 times. Then he found it's done. However, I signed the paper and gave it to the valet 20 min. He said the guys went out to lunch without telling anyone or brought the vehicle out. He went through the whole shop to find my car! This is totally unacceptable!!!

Let me be clear. I had no problem whatsoever with my Service Advisor Brian Woods who was outstanding and excellent. However, the Service Department overall has a major problem with its check-in process immediately upon arrival. Despite having made and confirmed a reservation prior, I was left sitting in my vehicle unattended for half an hour before any actual check-in activity began. I felt my reservation made didn't mean anything. The only contact that was made prior to the Service Advisor was from a man who merely asked if I had a reservation, quickly placed a yellow placard on my windshield, and then left without providing any instructions at all. Was I then supposed to exit the vehicle with my keys and go inside the building and approach someone at random? Or was I supposed to remain in the vehicle and continue to wait for the as yet unidentified check-in process to begin? After waiting in my vehicle for 30 minutes after arrival at my reservation time, I still had no idea as to what the Service Department's actual check-in process was supposed to be. Just changing the yellow placard with a different number with zero explanation is unacceptable and NOT a good beginning after arrival and waiting 30 minutes with no direct communication from anyone. I highly recommend the initial contact people in the outside service department breezeway be able to articulate the check-in process IMMEDIATELY to the customer UPON ARRIVAL to eliminate this confusion.
