I tried to get service at Steven creek Toyota but service would not even pick up the phone so I called **** Toyota and you guys picked up on the second ring and had my car serviced the same day! Great job

When I pulled in to the service line, there was no one that came to welcome me in. It took awhile before someone came and about another 10 minutes more before an adviser was able to help me. Besides that, Todd helped me a lot with my concerns and gave me a discount. I appreciated that.

The staff inside was great, but the drivers who drive the cars back and forth were driving really fast. They should be aware that it is not their racing car and take care of others cars. The guy was driving my car like it was a nascar race. Jazz Singh was great!

The service department is great! I love that they are open 7 days a week, which makes it convenient to schedule service on the weekends. They finished my service is the amount of time explained. The facility is comfortable, clean,and equipped with t.v.'s, wifi, etc. so the time passes quickly.
