Keep up the great work! We didn't have to wait a long while. Enough people asked if we needed help, we were shown alot of attention. Here is an idea, open up a juice bar or a lounge bar for the people waiting to have there car serviced. Maybe setup a pinball machine. Or a little history museum. Ideas to make just me happy.

It's been great before, but for some reason this 5k checkup took 3.5 hours with an appointment. I had to remind them that I was still waiting for "paper work" after about 45 minutes of them telling me it was almost done. I saw others come in and out apparently having the same service done to their cars.
