The prices for service are so incredibly high, for any service being performed. I would like to see more coupons or deals being offered to alleviate some of this expense.

Service department was kind of slow. I had an appointment and pulled up to the service drive. I was in a rush and so i walked inside and asked to be written up so that i could go to work. And i was told to go back to my car and wait. So i sat in my car and waited, i waited and watched the service advisors joke around with each other and not working while there are customers in the service drive waiting for their cars to be serviced. When someone finally came out he never cared to ask about my day or how i was doing, Bad customer service. I expected better service from such a nice facility. Secondly when i went to pick up my vehilce i noticed that someone (most likely the technician) had ransacked my center console. I remember exactly how my items were placed in my center console and when i picked up my vehicle all the items were misplaced. Knowing that someone went through my stuff was very disturbing. Theres no reason a trained technician should be looking through my center console for a 5K service which is basicly just an inspection of the car and a tire rotation. This really changes my trust with the service department at piercy. My best experience during this visit has to be with the shuttle driver. He was very open and friendly. He asked me how my day was and treated me way better than the service advisor did. My shuttle driver definitely deserves a raise or something. Im not upset though, i been to many dealerships in the past and by far i feel like piercy is the best. This review is more of constructive critizism than a complaint. I understand that not every dealership is going to be perfect but i hope this survey will help management realize that they can improve. I will still be returning to piercy in the future for service and hope to see the service department grow. Always greet your customers and make them feel welcomed. Dont tell then to go back to their cars and wait, instead offer coffee or tea and someone will call them when theyre ready. Ask lifestyle questions to uncover possible sales opportunities. Ask things like " what do you do on your freetime? (I go biking a lot), perfect we have a roof rack system that can carry 2 bikes on your toyota would you like us to get that installed for you today? " Its the small things that make a big impact. Until next time piercy. - Tony

My service technician Hong was very helpful and polite and nice. However, it took about 3 hours for my car to get serviced. It was just routine maintenance. Hong explained that this was due to lack of available technicians. I don't have any issues with the service or the technician. I am just explaining why I wasn't fully satisfied with previous service.

I had an appointment at 9:30. Arrived at 9:25 for regular service. Was informed that I would need four new tires with alignment. Took five hours! After four hours I seriously thought they had forgotten about me. Inexcusable.

I was promised for one and half hour job but it actually took three hours. It was unexpected much longer. However, the staff apologized for delay and waived charge to compensate.
