I was waiting for my car to pull up on he driveway... I was hoping that since i arrived an hour after they said that my car is ready I wouldn't have to wait that long. I however had to wait for about 20 minutes. Two employees already apologized and looked at my receipt to find my car but nothing happened. The last guy came back to get my receipt and went to the back for the third time. Minutes after, the service manager came out to check on me... Only then that my car appeared...
