Was told that my prepaid Maintainance would mostly cover the problem. Later came to know that it was not covered. The problem turned out to be loose gas cap but was charged 155 as labor charges. To top it all was advised to go for wheel alignment add it would be free. But what was not disclosed is that though the adjustments are free, a labor charge of 99 would be added. Finally my wife who came to collect the cat paid 250 for a loose gas cap and wheel correction of 0.1 which was not needed. This is ridiculous and pure exploitation.

Although I sat in my car for a long time (20 minutes) waiting my turn to be directed inside to a service advisor, the 10,000 mile service was done within 90 minutes on my 2015 Prius 3.

I appreciate your dealership as well as any Toyota dealership being able to fix the recall on my Tacoma. However, given the long wait, it would have been beneficial to allow your shuttle to drop me back to my house. Also, I received a text that my vehicle would be ready by approximately 2pm. It was actually not ready until 3pm. I'm ok with 5-10 difference but not one hour. That process needs to improve. After driving my Tacoma, it does feel different with the new springs. Thank you for the repair and getting the recall issue remedied.
