The checkin was a nightmare! I arrived at 8:10 am for an 8:30 appointment. Cars lined the street causing a traffic hazard and nothing was marked as to which line to enter (appointment/no appointment) until we were very close to the building. There must be a safer way for people to leave their cars for service. I was happy with the Service Advisor, Phil, and the work that was done. Thanks.

The service was great ,Michael Tran was a great help and the next day when I have to pick up my car Mike made sure that somebody pick me up since I don't have another car and also a handicap.Daryl (the driver,I don't know his last name)was also very helpful especially it is hard for me to climb the service car cause I am using a walker.overall I am very satisfied that is why I always go to Piercey Toyota for all my car services and change oils all these years,way,way back when you were still on first street,most of the person I knew there are now retired like me and I miss them but the new batch are also okey! I Always recommend Piercey Toyota to all my friends who needs their car works!
