Came in for 100k service. Had appointment for 10:00. I wait until attended to at 10:40, by pretty much a salesman. Rather allow me to get simply my diognositic first, to then asses what needs to be fixed and prioritize myself what needs to be done ASAP and what can wait, I essentially signed into an alignment, a brake flush total coming to 650 after 10% discount. After diognositic, I am informed of a few belts and other things that need to be repaired. So make this story short, after viewing my alignment details it wasn't extreme and could have waited. I would have prioritized my belts as thats a bit more serious. If it brakes, I am stranded! However I simply could not afford an extra 600 to do the extra repairs. I was quotes 220 for a 100k inspection, went up to 650 after salesman suggested I do all this crap, then asked to do another 600 in repairs. 220 vs 1250 is to compare night and day. I would have gone elsewhere if I knew I wold get raped and such **** service. Waited 40 minutes to be attended to for a scheduled appointment, I can not believe how long I would have waited in the non-appointment line.
