I am very upset and disappointed with the service I got yesterday. The technician forgot to tie the oil clutch after he finished his check up. My car got a lot of oil leaking in my garage so I had to bring it to the shop near my work to have it tightened. It cost me 20 and my time off work to get it fixed. I am so appalled with the situatition. I trust you with my car and I couldn't believe you provided such bad performance. ????????????????
