I had great service and the staff was very friendly! I loved being shuttled to and from work so that I didn't have to uber to and from the dealership. The maintenance was done in under two hours, and the staff provided me with all the information I needed to assure me that my car had been properly taken care of.

On a prior visit, the representative I dealt with had made some recommendations, that I wanted to defer action on. During this visit, I met with Miguel, and explained the previous recommendations. He got with the other rep, and verified what things I should go ahead with, and which things I could still defer. Since it was major work, Miguel said that he would need to keep the car overnight, but set me up with a sweet Camary rental at no charge. Today, Miguel called me a couple of times with updates, and met me when I came in. My Solara drove great on the way out, and Miguel made it as pleasant an experience as getting your car serviced could be. The girl that did the rental for me and the cashier were both nice and friendly - a pleasure to deal with. One of the reasons I always get my 2001 serviced at Piercey since I bought it new at the old location. Thanks!

First of all, the service advisor told me that what services needed for my Sienna including the coolant flush. I agreed and authorized the repair. Later, the advisor called me and stated he had a good and a bad news for me. The good news was no need to perform coolant flush. Bad news was the front and rear suspensions needed to be replaced. I expressed it was out of my budget, I couldn't afford additional fee to fix the suspensions. Thereafter he told me that the rear suspension wasn't too bad, he said, "the rear just too old". He recommended to work on the front suspension, the rear one could wait for a later time. I felt something was wrong, very suspicious. I declined the suspensions repaired. As you might know, I bought the Sienna from Piercy (certified vehicle) years ago. I had been servicing the vehicle at Piercy only. I believed I was a loyal customer. But this time, I was shock and surprised of what I was advised to do with my Sienna.
I know you might say it was a misunderstanding between me and the advisor.
But this was my perception. I have decided not to return to Piercy to service my vehicle in the future. Hope my input help to your business.
