Brian Woods and the technician took the time to figure out how to get my Bluetooth working again after it failed to connect after getting a new phone. Works great now. The shuttle drivers were really nice (I rode shotgun). I scheduled my appointment online for the first time and I really liked the ease of use and information provided as well as the flexibility. I always enjoy coming into the dealership to see Kevin Bettencourt and have a nice chat. I still love my Sequoia and will always come to Piercy for my service even though I have another dealership right down the street. Thanks to everyone.
