I was not happy with the service at all. It was completed later than promised time. My service adviser did not call me after my car was done. No one at service department answer the phone. It went to voicemail several times.

I always get my truck serviced in your dealership. And I give great score, but this time I was VERY DISSATISFIED & DISAPPOINTED to Mike Tran (485) & by the cashier. After my truck was serviced for an oil change. Mike came back to me after more than an hour wait, he said that 3 service & maintenance needs attention that failed for the check up. Namely 1) Power steering fluid contaminated, 2) Recommend throttle body & EFI service & 3) Cabin air filter.. For a good service guy, you will ask your client if they want it replaced while ur vehicle is still with the technician NOT when your truck is already done. It won't take more than 10 mins to replace the cabin filter. Since I've waited that long anyways.. Regarding the cashier he did not ask me if I wanted credit or debit instead he just went to charge me in debit. When I asked I wanted credit, he answered me, it already went to debit. And he couldn't change it. I didn't waste time arguing. I always use the same debit/credit visa card. And the cashier ask me first whether I want to use credit or debit b4 she key it in.. So todays service was VERY ugly & I'm pissed... See to it that it will NEVER happened again to either me or other clients!!!!!!!!!

No body can explain why my 2015 RAV 4 time o'clock has to be off when I turn on the head light. One technical say that is the way Toyota build the car. The other technical suggest set the light control nob on "DRL". Then the o'clock would be on during day time, after dark the head light should turn on automatically and the time o'clock should also keep on. I believe this a wrong information. I don't happy with either answer for the problem.
