Miguel, my service adviser was excellent. The service was fine. My only issue is with Toyota and the situation with the air conditioner causing mildew smell in the car.
Yes, changing out the in car filter, and not using recirculate function has helped. But I think Toyota should fix the cause of the problem. The more people I talk to, I'm shocked to hear how common this problem is.

I dropped off my car overnight yesterday. I informed you that I would need a pickup in the morning and requested to note that down so that when the car is ready to go in the morning today, I wouldn't need to wait for pickup shuttle. I received a call from you this morning telling me the car servicing is complete. However, there was no mention of the pickup I requested last night itself. I ended up calling the service department (was put n hold) and requesting for a pickup again this morning. All this resulted in me having to arrange a ride for myself so I wouldn't be late to work. The pickup shuttle Called me much later at which point I was already at your office picking up my car.
I suggest improving pickup wait times. I also suggest that if a customer mentions they need a pickup next day, Toyota representative can put that on the file and put in the pickup request rather than customer having to make a call to the service department.

I was expecting a service representative to go through what we're done to my vehicle but he can't find the paperwork in the system. The cashier has to go get it. I had an alarm placed and wasn't sure if I'll get another device to arm or unarmed the alarm. So I guess it's up to the customers to guess and read the manual left in the vehicle. It's like telling me "the device is placed, here go figure".
