My SUV is still with Piercy Toyota.
I drop of my SUV on Wednesday morning. I asked for documented estimation and was told that I will be called before any fix.
That evening, I received a phone called and was informed that my SUV is ready to be pick up. I went in on Thursday morning to pick up and paid for the service. When the service agent went to get my SUV from the lot, she came to me and indicated that my SUV had a dead battery which I was charged for battery service. When another service agent went back and try to jumpstart my SUV, he came back to me and said my SUV has not been work on yet. Why was I charged for 3 hours of repair when my SUV service has not been touched?
Why is the battery dead, when I was charged for battery service?
This is not the way to service the customer. I am very disappointed that the service at a Toyota Dealership at this caliber can be so unorganized and irresponsible. Please call me at ****-****-xxxx if my survey really mean anything for it purpose.

My experience wth my service advisor was excellent. From the point of getting me into the system and letting me know what service was to be performed and when the car was done he came and got me right away and gave me all the details and i was on my way. My only frustration was with the service drive. I understand that since i had no appointment i dont have priority over appointment customers. I sat in my car for about 20 minutes waiting to be helped by a service advisor while i seen more than handful of service advisors walk into the service drive i was NOT acknowledged once. Would have been nice to be acknoledged and said somebody will be with you shortly.

The customer service was top notch! The VIP cleaning that I was given was not what I expected. I had to go back and ask to have the bottom of my car cleaned. Something that I should not have had to do after having left my car there the whole day! Thank goodness Arturo, the detail rep is such a Rock Star! He went above and beyond to clean off the spots that were ignored on my car. There were several! After that, I can say I was completely satisfied.
I guess I just expected such excellence service from this dealership, that when it's not that, I think you should know even if I come off seeming so picky and **** (which I hate feeling). I have washed my car and really know every knook and cranny of my car. I would have expected professionals to do a better job than me. That was just not the case. I thought that VIP cleaning would have meant an excellent car wash. The Valero gas station on Lawerence & 101 does a better job in a 1/2 hour while you wait for your car. They hand wash their cars.
I spent a lot of money buying this car and I want to maintain it as much as I can. I would think Piercy would want that too since my car was bought there and represents your dealership in a way. I am very grateful for the customer service, and convenience of getting my car serviced, but will have to take it somewhere else to get it detailed, which is a more extensive cleaning. I would have thought the dealership would do a better job because they know what it takes to keep their new cars shiny & clean. Maybe because my car is not a brand new car, they just didn't care? I love my Toyota RAV4 and wanting best for it!
