I have been bringing in my car to get repaired and it is still not repaired.

Right when I arrived for my 8:30am appointment, I found out that the service representative I always go to (and who my appointment was scheduled with) was not there. Yet, he had an available appointment which I took. I was told my service would take an hour-two hours. All I had done was an oil change, overall check on the car and a recall service on a seatbelt. I received a text at 10:30am (2 hours of waiting) that my car would now be ready by 11:30 (3 hours!!). I did not leave Toyota until 11:50. It threw off my whole day. I had a lot to get done and I wasn't able to do everything I needed throughout the day because I spent my entire morning at Toyota for simple service. When I asked the service representative why it would take so long, I never received an apology. All I was told was that things are backed up but they can just pull my car out of line. Pull it out of line after 2 hours? Not after a 2 hour wait. The part that bothered me was I never received updates on why it took so long unless I chased my service representative down and I never received any apology on how long it took. I've bought my car from here and have been going here ever since. I have never had a bad experience until today. And now I may or may not return and I may go to a Toyota closer to home.

Very accommodating , helpful and kept me aware of what was going on with my car. Since my car issues happened on a Sunday afternoon I was unable to use your rental service until I knew what was going on with my car. Using you rental service for one day saved me a lot of money. Everyone was polite and helpful. Thank you all for your work Kathy Navarrette

We got problems here: 1. Pressure sales tactics on piling up fees. 2. Changing spark plugs for $288 was steep and unreasonable. 3. Oil change price went beyond what was charged last time 4. Did not return my call to voicemail. Asked about car recall job.

All prior ToyotaCare appointments were handled in a timely manner. This appointment, which I planned/indicated was drop-off attended, took much too long ( 2 hrs) for a simple tire rotation and inspection. Please don't offer a scheduled appointment time for simple ToyotaCare maintenance if the service dept cannot handle in a timely manner. There is typically no urgency when scheduling these appointments, so please process them as an actual timeslot, not something the service dept gets to as their lowest priority.

Toyota customer service was great at this location. The service department was stellar. The issue is with the product (design of body panel). Need to address and continue to fix. I have a follow up appointment to address issues .

Got my car in at 130pm and it took less than 2 hours to complete my 10k maintenance check. It's fast and good srvice.
