I waited more than 45 minutes waiting for the Service Rep. to make contact and another 1 Hr and 30 mins for the service (oil change and inspection). I had to raise my concern and asked question how long do I have to wait in the car before someone actually contacted for the service. I am very hesitated to bring back the car to this dealership for any kind of service in the future

My appointment was at 9am and I arrived Toyota at 8:55am.
The lady who worked there was rude and asked me to stay in my car for the service advisor. It took 20 minutes to finally have the service advisor coming to me for the service. Your service quality is getting worse! Very poor service! What is the purpose of having me to make an appointment for the service at 9am while I still have to wait in line for another 20 minutes? It has become first come first serve! Really dissatisfied!! Honda's service is way better than you guys.
