Went to Piercey Toyota for a seat belt recall repair. They found tire uneven tire wear and ask for a tire realignment. They noticed that the tire realignment is an old recall too. So I got all these fixed without paying a dime. The car is more stable at high speed now.

I have used Piercey Toyota for over 20 yrs and have had excellent experience. This time was different. To begin with, my usual service advisor Ed Leiske did not return my calls when I had problems with the engine. I ended up talking to someone else and was advised to get the car towed in. After that I was getting no updates and I had to constantly call and followup - and finally had to be rude after 10 days ! I appreciate the service level after that when Ken Johnson finally returned my call, offered a rental car and took ownership of getting the repairs done.
