Took a very long time to get my car fixed. I came in for a recall on the master control panel, was told it would take 1 hour. I asked to have a tire pressure light checked, service advisor told me it would be $250.00. Was there from 9:15-12:30, nothing was done about the tire sensor as I had asked so then I had to wait another hour!! Wasted my whole day!

Thank you Ed and Piercy Toyota for making our visit quick and easy. Ed answered questions, recommended us the shorter queue line if we were staying there, and offered us a shuttle to the mall. We had estimated to be there for 2 hours. We were in and out in 1 hour (not need to utilize the shuttle!)
The complimentary donuts and coffee were a simple but a nice tidbit.
