The person checking me in was great and the service is always great but when j went to pick up my car I had to wait 20 minutes. The lady paged them when I went to pick up my paperwork and no one got my car. Four people asked me and no one did anything until I got impatient when the last person asked me again for the bib number, color, make and model. This is the first time ever it took a while to actually get my car.
