I've been charged for $77.50 just to tell me my Alarm was not original from Toyoto which it is. Bad bad experience I'll go somewhere else to do business. ????????

Only Barbara Wellhouse (prob spelled wrong) was organized and extremely efficient. I've been there quite a few times and the drop off time is always long usually 30 minutes, but I think today was the final straw.
I'll try Fremont Toyota next time.

My 2015 Prius Mx was completed as scheduled, and on time! Having never used Toyota dealer service before, I thought that Piercey would probability run completed vehicles through their automatic car wash, or at least clean exterior windows. While waiting, I wanted to inspect a new 2016 Prius for possible purchase, but NONE on the showroom floor, which I couldn't believe! Had to hunt down a sales rep who wanted to walk around in the hot sun. You Must have one on display Inside! Very nice store and nice customer waiting area!
