I tried to schedule for an appointment. Can I have an appointment at 6PM? She said yes.
When I came for service at 5:30PM, the service people told me they won't accept any car after 4:30PM. I think there is a huge miscommunication between schedule and service departments. Hopefully this issue can be fixed so it won't happen again.

There was a cigarette **** in the cab when I picked up. It doesnt particularly bother me, but other people would be pretty displeased by someone smoking in their vehicle.
