Customer service at the dealership has gone. Time to get attention after arrival is poor ( close to 30 minutes). Upon paying for vehicle and returning to 'tunnel' for it to be brought up - no one was around. After a while I noticed car was parked outside tunnel ( in front lot) with windows open. I walked out there and key was in car - so got in and drove off. Seems like a pretty loose system now - anyone could have driven off in car! No need to return call. I've used dealership over past 6 years because it is closest to house and convenience has trumped lack of service. Service has been deteriorating - and as this is my last of 2 Toyotas that I will be selling in the next 2 weeks, I won't have to return. Toyota has finally lost my business after 17 years.

This was the second time, I did not see the reminding ticker for next oil change. The service techician told me that they will clean my car battery pole and check to see it pass or fail. But when I got my car back (6 hour for oil change) they did not even clean or check it.

Service took too long, 2 hours estimated time with an appointment! Even that was overrun by 15 mins. I had to call to find out since I was waiting for shuttle. My plans after service were about to be cancelled when even cashier's line took longer and then I had to wait for someone to take off sticker and that device off the window to pick my car for another unacceptable number of minutes. Needless to say the plans had to be cancelled since I was too late at that time. I mentioned at appointment time and at handing over the car that there's a leak in a tire but after all this delay they said they didn't have enough time to fix the tire so I need to leave the car overnight or bring it back!
