I usually love your service but it was horrible this time. Service advisor forgot to call to let me know that the car was not ready. Rental agent forgot to return my drivers license and primary credit card and left me Fourth of July weekend without either. Service advisor lied that there were no coupons for oil and brake service but the website clearly had it. No apology from anybody about the inconveniences. I will try another dealership for mr service and future cars.

The interior detail work was sloppy, the detailer left his cleaning rag in the car as well. The left rear passenger door has a long, deep keyed scratch in the door on my brand new car. Not happy at all. I am bringing it back to dealership first thing in the morning, it needs to be cleaned up, washed, repaired, painted, fixed. Very inconvenient as I am moving out of state the following morning.

From what I experienced from other dealership ( not Toyota ). I've always thought a " loaner " is a " loaner ". The service coordinator and the guy loaning me the car not once mentioned that it was a " rental ". That I'm being charge per day. I'm grateful the service coordinator was able to cover the 1 day I had the rental. It would be nice to know from the start that it's a rental not a loaner

I have taken my vehicle to Piercy for almost ten years and evevry time it has been great. Today when I picked up my vehicle it was not parked in the normal pick up spot and the driver's and left rear passenger windows were down. I also had to ask for the maintance light to be turned off, and there was no new mileage sticker or paper mats in the vehicle. My first thought was did anyone even look at my vehicle.

Had a brake flush done by you guys. Technician got brake fluid spattered all over my engine bay. This is why I don't trust other mechanics they don't give a ****. Brake fluid is corrosive and will ruin paint.

Received excellent service from Wing Wong. Was visiting the area from out of town and my tire sensor light went on. I was concerned about a puncture since I had to drive 400 miles the next day. Everything checked out fine, no puncture just low pressure ; & no charge. I was done in a little more than an hour. Great experience and a great dealership.
