Phillip had absolutely zero interest in ensuring the service done for my car was done as fast as possible. Everyone who had been waiting with me had left hours before- it took 4 hours for them to finally get to my vehicle. As soon as I noticed no one was working on it, it took them only 20 minutes to finish the service.
Absolute bull ****. 4 hours? Guarantee everyone left within 2 hours. Phillip- you did a terrible job, and felt 0 empathy. Grats on losing a customer and generating another 1 star on Yelp.
