The only issue I had was our service advisor (Miguel) was going to be off work till Wednesday. When I called Piercey, Saturday afternoon for status the person that helped didn't know anything about my vehicle. He called me back and texted me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Since it was late, we picked up this morning.
