Hong was fine, but my car was left in an unacceptable condition. Windows were left rolled down, my floor mat was placed in the trunk and not returned! causing me to have to search for it and put it back. My seat was not returned to its original position either.

It is troubling that we had to bring our car back since the problem was not diagnosed after a day and a half. The problem was resolved on the second visit. Our service gentleman did accept our request for some consideration on the cost. Since this was the second time we had to return for an issue not being repaired during the first visit and we always have to drive during the commute hours to reach Piercy Toyota, my husband wants to change to Capitol Toyota. We purchase the car at Piercy and Piercy has done all the work on the car. I would hope that our loyalty would count for some consideration cost reduction, a loaner car. Volvo always gives us a loaner at no cost when our other car is being serviced .

Still they didn't fix the problem. He told me the shatter will be in my location with in 5 minutes but it came after 2 hours. They also told that my car will be available at 2:00pm but it wasn't ready till 3:30. Even they don't tell you if there is any delay. The worst service I have ever got.
