There is no customer service per say during my visit. Service manager simply as my name and get the key for the car service. No one called me when the service was completed. I found out via email that the car was done 2 hrs after I dropped off. When I picked up the car, the service manager asked me to go to casher to sign the paper work. Casher told me the car will be brought up to the front. When I came to the front, my car was left there unattended, windows were down and key was inside the car. Overall, great place to get car service if I want to have minimum human interaction or have customer service.

I've been with piercy Toyota of Zion since 2011 but this is the first time I ever written the comment about the service I experienced today. The service rep. Greeted me with big smile, introduced himself invited me inside, going over my vehicle record, he offered me a shuttle bus he suggested me what my vehicle needs to be done . Then he let me make my own decision , never having any word to "force" me to do this or that and so on ... Since my kids have only three more days for summer so I cannot wait any longer But I would really want to do whatever this rep.suggest me to do...excellent job, well done, I would recommend my whole Community to have service at Piercy Toyota of Zion .

I will not be bringing my car there anymore. I know there is something wrong with the brakes,i asked about the problem at my least service, and then brought it back and they took a whole day and charged a lot of money to ultimately tell me that nothing is wrong. Waste of time and money.
