I drove to Piercey Toyota right after work (on Wed., July 27, 2016) because I could feel that my car was losing power and I knew I would not be able to re-start my car if I simply drove my car home and made a service appointment for the next day. I finally arrived at Toyota at around 6:30 p.m., with no appointment, and Jazz Singh promptly and efficiently re-assured me that I could leave my car there overnight and they would get a technician to diagnose the problem the next day. I was very grateful someone was still around at that time of the evening so I could leave my car there. Thank you! And, my car got fixed the very next day, which just happened to be my day-off (Thurs. July 28), and I was able to pick my car up on Thursday, July 28, 2016. And, my car works as good as new. Thanks again for all your help in my time of need!

Phil was very friendly and helpful, as usual.
There was one, minor thing: The woman (tall, slim, curly hair) who greeted me outside, although not outright rude, had a "hard nosed" attitude. I think she should learn how to say "no" without seeming like she anticipates a confrontation. She might do better by showing that she (genuinely) appreciates the customer's concerns, yet has certain realities to work with.
