Brian Woods was great. He took time to write me up although it was late, unlike the Indian looking guy who didn't bother and was rude! He doesnt deserve to work till the pm shift. Tim from the rental is also very nice. I'll try to get my next Toyota at piercey. I hope to deal with a nice salesman.

You guys still need to improve the amount time it takes to do a oil change and tire rotation as 2 hours is too long to have to wait.
On a side note I made an appointment days in advance.

I were satisfied except of the alarm installation plan I puchased. After I have paid for the alarm system installation, I received a notice saying that Toyota 4 runner alarm won't be available within a short period of time. I think I got cheated! The dealer is encouraging customer to buy a product which is not even existed!

I understand due to the drought that car wash services stopped but considering my car has been sitting at Pierce Toyota for 3 MONTHS due to a recall that Piercey Toyota would have had forethought to give it a quick rinse over or athe the very leAst wash the windows. The car accumulated so much dirt and filth sitting for three months I saw people make comments on it when I was leaving and forget trying to actually see through the rear view window. I do appreciate the actual work done on my car and Hong constantly kept me updated on its status and got me accommodated with a rental the whole time at no cost. All of that was great. It was only the return I found lacking this time.

Dexter promised us 2 hour wait for maitnence of our car.In actuality it took 4 plus hours. He should of said it would take that long but he choose to lie to us instead. We called to see what was going on however Dexter gave us a half assed answer and abruptly hanged up the phone. We expressed our frustration at the dealership and he rudely replied with his hands out wide and says he has "a lot of work to do". He needs to know that he is still on the clock and complying with us as a customer is still his job. Dexter has poor customer service skills
