Jass did and excellent job in providing great customer service!! He handled every single aspect in getting my car repaired from contacting my warranty to even getting my rental car covered by my warranty! He even kept in contact with me about the status with my vehicle! Toyota is very lucky to have him!

I was waiting 15 mins outside for my rental car. The rep did not inform me that it would take this long. When I called to check on status of car, I was told that I would get a call back. 30 mins passed and no call back. I showed up in person to check on status. After paying for the service at 5:06pm, I was waiting for my car for 25 mins. The porters could not locate the car. I asked Dexter and he said he told the porter to check the shop and did not follow up directly. I asked him after 20 mins of waiting. Very disappointing experience with the unnecessary wait.
