There is a complete disconnect between cashier and the delivery of the car. I found myself waiting several minutes to have my car delivered, after I told one of the valet that I was waiting for the car they bring it to me, but the cashier never told me that I had to do that. So please advice your cashiers to tell your customers to find a valet and ask for the car.

He was not friendly, not even a smile. When I called about seeing if my grandmothers car was done I had to wireless on hold then call back cause he did not answer. Then waited on hold for nothing 15 minstrel before he answered. This all was at 2:06 or started at that time. He did not seem happy the I did not want to take care of some issue on the car at that moment. Then he just hung up no buy or see you soon nothing just hung up. So I finally get to the dealer and he is no where to be found and did not have my paper work ready so I had to sit there for anoth20 min. Then Ed one of the other service advisers helped me and was very informative and friendly let me know that these issues might be covered under warranty because of the warranty package purchased with the car. No of this was brought to my attention from Reza Khana. Now this is the second time I have had a bad experience at this dealerate and I will not be back. Reza is suppose to call me to see if theyou are going to get authorization for warranty but if that is the case I would like and appreciate if I can have a better adviser. Once thevery issues are warraN tied I will be taking my business else were cause there is no reason for anyone to be treated as such.

Went into piercey Toyota today to get my 30k Serivce done on my 2015 Toyota 4Runner trail. Miguel was my service advisor, and I can' not be any happier that it was him. He was very kind and helpful and also knowledgable about off-roading and other trucks, because I go off-roading in mine. Answered all my questions that I had. Additional I will definitely be returning to Miguel for any other services and questions.

There was no resolution to my issue with declining MPG since the last service. Also, I discovered that my car was sitting in the area for completed work after more than 2 hours. No one informed me that the work was completed and my service rep went to lunch while I just sat there waiting. I didn't get a text about progress until I was in the car going home.
Not my best experience.

Despite getting 3 email messages in the span of 35 minutes of checking in at your dealership, there were no further updates on the service status on my Prius after 11:00 a.m. When the promised time of 12:25 p.m. came around, I had no idea what was going on & why my car still wasn't ready. Waiting another 30 minutes, I decided to get answers on my own & discovered that Brian Woods had left for the day with no one taking over his pending appointments! Had I not taken the initiative to check, Toyota Piercey would have made me wait much longer than necessary.
As a former business owner for 17 years & somebody who has been in customer service for 35 years, I can say that this visit poorly shows how you value your customers.

Dexter was awesome and clearly a car guy. I enjoyed his level of engagement. Keep him around! He took time to walk me through the paperwork, offered to schedule my next appt, and even walked me to the cashier.
I will suggest separately that the lines of people waiting to check out with the cashier would be reduced if someone added another cashier.

You did not have the parts for the repair that I made the appointment for. Nobody read or acted on the comments that I left when I booked the appointment. Now I have to take time out to come in again, which is a big in convenience with my work schedule. The point was to get everything done on this visit to avoid having to make two trips.
