This was one of the best experiences I have had in auto servicing. From the initial engagement with my account manager Dexter. Rather than making me wait for a shuttle, gave me a nice rental car. Tim who was responsible for this also did a good job. The cost came very close to the estimate. The serviced car seems to be performing well too.

Too long of a story to explain just know that this was my last time doing any kind of business at piercy. I had been a faithfull and happy customer up until a year ago and decide to continue to try maybe it was just certain individuals, but now I understand that it's not. Pushing numbers and meeting sales goals as oppose really helping people out! Quality of business ****! I paid $175 for a gas cap, you tell me that's not bs!!

The guy who filled all the papers for my car had a great customer service personality there is no douths there but the quality of the repairs on the scale from 1 to 10 I might give 4, because the mechanic service people could not repair 100% my car so I had to go again to fix the problem and as it is now my vehicle still needs some repairing and I have to go back there again.. And for all customer service person is a thumbs up and the people from the repairing service no comment......
