Phillip was great. The reservation process needs help. The website scheduled me with an advisor who was not even working. That may have led to the extended (30 minute) wait by my car to check in. Whatever the cause, that needs resolution.

I was satisfied with the service provided
on my 2008 Camry today, in regard to
the oil consumption test that was done
this morning. Sam, the service advisor, was
friendly, and courteous in explaining the
entire oil intake test of the Camry. Fortunately,
the car passed the first, and second
parts of the test as required by Toyota.
I will be given one more retest in 6 months
on this oil consumption test, in making
sure that the Camry will not fail this test
