I had a coupon for the $29.99 oil change that I wanted to use but could not find. After calling they honored it and set up my appointment for Monday morning. Hong took care of me and suggested that I do the recall for the rear leaf spring. She got me a shuttle and notified me when it was ready. Very pleased with the work and customer service.
