Jason has excellent customer service. I was impressed that he noticed that I had been waiting in the car so he came out from his desk, helped me, and quickly asked for apology. He works fast and the quote he gave was reasonable. I would totally come back for service because of the fast and friendly service I had today.

The technician left grease marks on the back seats. The back seat was not positioned back properly. Walter was Amazing,however. The work done in my window was very satisfactory

Walter was great! Brought my new Camary in to get the brake plus feature installed. He noticed I was getting close to a maintenance and suggested I get it done as well. So nice not too have to make another trip back so soon. Car was ready ahead of time. Service waiting area was awesome; got work done and a quick power nap. This is my first Toyota. Sam was the best. 10/10. Car sales previously 7/10. Good guy but I feel screwed over. This is not on him. It's just I felt I paid way too much even if I dont have warranty still feel nauseas from spending 1229 and my car not being totally via washed. Doors and seats and everything still dirty. I asked for a wash, I see there was a checklist with some options looks like wash personnel only did a little bit. Key costing 400, that's ridiculous... Come on piercey or Toyota. I've literally been your most ripped off customer. By that I mean. I come in and let u drag me for every dollar. It **** but I was in financial shituations so I had to get whatever done on spot. I bought the Camry from you guys, it was used. I see that you just the used car sales man at me, made it sound like I can't get a new car with all the features I wanted. Turned out I could get a better car that's newer with the same or better feautures (GPS, reverse camera). Turned out I got the bad end of the deal cuz I simply drove up straight thru to the used car lot. Had I known I needed to go to New car lot bam I woulda been there probably giving you guys 10s. Thru this experience I learned that I need to stand up for my cash moneys and thay big money companies will still try to screw the naive. Now I'm sick of my new car (no offense car) and want to trade it in for something new even if it's tiny Prius.

Service advisor was great but didn't get a shuttle ride for almost 1 hr 15 m. I was 3rd one in list and 3 shuttles left in mean time with around 6 or more people. I am very pissed.
