Todd was excellent. He greeted me, explained everything, and kindly asked if I have any questions. I wish others learn from his excellence in customer service.
The only thing I didn't like is the the group who are supposed to deliver my car to me. The weren't paying attention to me while I was standing waiting for service. I wasn't informed if someone was getting my car. They weren't sure if my car still inside or outside, and no one took the initiative to confirm. The guy who opened the car doors for me left the rear door window open in the rain. But because of Todd's work, I would give you 10 out of 10 and I am ignoring the behavior of that group.

When someone had an appointment with a speific person, they should not have to wait 10 mins to see them. When the customer is told thier vehicle is ready, the customer should not hae to wait 15 mins for the vehicle to be delivered.
