It would have been nice if the service adviser discussed with me the outcome of the service and also asked if I had any questions and not just call to say "Your car is ready". I know you provide a printed summary but I feel discussing it with the customer will give a more personal approach. In addition, the customer may have some questions and will be able to discuss it right there instead of calling back again.
