Brian has aleays given is excellent service. Always providing excellent customer service. He is trully an asset to keep at Piercey Totota. I was happy to see too that there were more attendants assisting us to get our car to us after the repaor was dine. They were all very alert and attentive and kept checking if we've been helped already. I foumd also the restroom back to it's old self again which is neat and clean. I've noticed in the recent visits that it seems like the custodian wasn't doing a good job but today i am happy that it looked well maintained again. Thank you for the excellent service that we received today. I must say it was worth the trip from Livermore to there. Keep up the good work!
